Another Second Edition of the 1851 Census Indexes is available.
The difference between the editions is that the codes for birthplace have been
replaced by the name in full. This makes the indexes much easier to use. The
additional volume available in the new format is: Vol. 54: Binstead and Ryde on the
Isle of Wight. It is now split into 2 parts: Part 1 covers surnames A-K,
Part 2 covers surnames L-Z. -
